Jaron “monkeys-forever” Clinton’s trial with the North American team compLexity gaming come to a close after the squad left the MDL Disneyland® Paris Major in the 9th – 12th place.
Jaron joined coL a couple of weeks ahead of the Major, but will now have to find another place to call home as coL picked up one of the most talented Brazilian offlaners. Paris Major was Otávio “Tavo” Gabriel’s last tournament with Chaos Esports Club and unfortunately, with his longtime friend and teammate Danylo “Kingrd” Nascimento. They finished only bottom four in Paris and the squad went on almost a full disband. Chaos is now trying to compete via European region and while they lost the open qualifiers for the EPICENTER Major, Tavo moved to the compLexity Gaming house and will compete in the NA closed regional qualifiers for the last tournament of the Dota Pro Circuit. It’s worth mentioning that Tavo is coming to coL on a trial basis as well.
It’s unclear what is KingRD going to do in these few months left before The International 2019. For now, he hasn’t announced any stack nor the intention of taking a break.
EPICENTER 2019 regional qualifiers commence on May 15 in all the six regions and for the first time this season, North America has only two slots available. Eight teams will quarrel for the two tickets to Moscow: Evil Geniuses, compLexity Gaming, beastcoast, Forward Gaming, J.Storm, Team Xolotl, and the two open qualifiers winners, Young Drug Gaming and Black Sheep.
